Meet Jennie Bata, DNP, FNP, PMHNP

Introducing Borealis Health — a trusted provider who will be offering medication management services starting August 1st via telehealth, and in-person appointments beginning September 1st at our shared location.

Although we will share the same physical location at 813 Pokegama Ave S – Lower Level, our practices operate independently. That means you’ll continue to receive care and communication from me as usual, and any services or appointments with Jennie will be scheduled and managed directly through Borealis Health.
