Let's be real.... LIFE. IS. HARD, and that can mean something different and personal for everyone from childhood experiences, to traumatic events, to difficult relationships, or maybe its determining your next steps or future goals.

We can assist in your navigation through this thing called 'life.' Whether is life adjustments, to process your experiences, fears, worries, goals, dreams, relationships, parenting, or any personal experiences you may be going through, within a non-judgmental approach and environment.

 

We also offer Telehealth Services, meaning you never have to leave your home to participate in therapy!  I am humbled and grateful to be serving our community!

As we move further into 2025, we are able to accept new inquires with MEDICA, and Life Coaching Clients.
